Paleo Banana Bread



Ingredients
  • 4 very ripe bananas*, mashed
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup coconut flour 
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ⅓ cup pecans or any other nuts. Or raisins, dried cranberries etc.


Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
  2. Throw everything together in a medium bowl and mix until combined.
  3. Pour into a lightly greased baking pan.
  4. Bake for about 45 minutes or until top is golden. 

*Your bananas should be extremely brown, if they are not overly ripe, you should add a little bit of honey to the batter.
