very ripe bananas*, mashed
- ⅓
cup butter, melted
- 4
eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 ½
teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 1
teaspoon baking soda
- ¼
teaspoon sea salt
- ⅓ cup pecans or any other nuts. Or raisins, dried cranberries etc.
Instructions
- Preheat
the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
- Throw
everything together in a medium bowl and mix until combined.
- Pour
into a lightly greased baking pan.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until top is golden.
*Your bananas should be extremely brown, if they are not overly
ripe, you should add a little bit of honey to the
batter.
